Renaissance 2230 Completes Extensive Renovation

Luxury Property in Falls Church Upgrades Units with New Sliding Glass Doors

 ROCKVILLE, MD (September 08, 2014) – HiRise Windows has completed an extensive renovation project at the Renaissance 2230 Condominium complex. The project entailed installation of new sliding glass doors throughout the entire property. The doors featured spandrel glass transoms and sidelights integrated into the system.

Renaissance 2230 is a luxury property in Falls Church, a 12-story building consisting of three wings. The property, which features a gated entry, is located on over 21 acres of land at George C. Marshall Drive. It consists of 332 residential units, and two penthouse apartments. The property also includes a fitness center, outdoor pool and tennis facilities, a library, and a club room. Retail amenities include a convenience store, hair salon, and dry cleaner service.

HiRise worked with the Renaissance condo association to complete installations for owners throughout the property. “A project this extensive requires a solid partnership,” commented HiRise CEO Kevin Vincent. “Working with the Unit Owners Association of Renaissance was a seamless process; they were supportive and communicative, which led to a great rapport between us and the homeowners.”
